At Nilraj Fabrication, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle deliveries for all our products purchased through our online store.
🚚 Delivery Coverage
We currently offer shipping across Odisha and selected locations in India. If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will inform you after order confirmation.
⏱️ Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation.
For custom-made furniture, delivery may take up to 20 to 25 days, depending on the design and location.
Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or unforeseen events, but we will keep you informed.
💸 Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free for orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹10,000).
For orders below that, a nominal delivery fee will be added at checkout.
Extra charges may apply for remote areas or special delivery requests.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can track your delivery status easily online or contact us for updates.
🪑 Delivery & Assembly
Furniture will be delivered in pre-assembled or easy-to-assemble condition, depending on the product.
If any assistance is needed, our team will coordinate for installation support where available.
